By downloading or using InstantWidget, you agree to these terms.
The app
InstantWidget lets two people share photos, videos, drawings, and short text that appear on each other’s iPhone home-screen widget. It works through your own iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit; there is no separate account and no server operated by us.
Your content
You are responsible for the content you create and send. Do not use InstantWidget to send anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Because content is shared directly through iCloud with the person you connect with, only send to people you trust.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or Apple’s services it relies on.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Sync and delivery depend on Apple’s iCloud and your network, which we don’t control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flip Ventures is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple’s standard EULA
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
