What we collect
Vibr does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. The app runs entirely on your Mac.
The only data Vibr works with:
- Timer preferences and session history — stored locally on your device using macOS sandboxed storage, and optionally synced to your iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit framework. This data is encrypted by Apple and is never accessible to us.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or any third-party data collection.
How we use your data
We don’t. All app data stays on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties because we do not receive any data in the first place.
iCloud sync
If you use iCloud sync, your Vibr data is stored in your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID. This sync is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.
Your rights
Since we hold no personal data, there’s nothing to request, export, or delete on our end. To remove Vibr data from iCloud, go to System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Vibr and delete it there.
Children’s privacy
Vibr does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts, no data entry beyond timer settings, and no network communication with our servers.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add features that change our data practices, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance.
