Vibr runs on iPhone, Mac and Apple Watch. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell your data.
What stays on your device and in your iCloud
Your tasks, projects, focus sessions and preferences are stored locally on your device and, when iCloud is available, synced to your own iCloud account through Apple’s CloudKit. This data lives in your private iCloud database, encrypted by Apple, and is never accessible to us.
What our service providers process
Vibr uses two third-party services. Neither receives your tasks or session content:
- RevenueCat manages your subscription. To deliver your purchase and unlock Pro across your devices, it processes your App Store purchase information and an anonymous app-user identifier. It does not receive your name or your task content. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase Analytics gives us anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (for example, how often a focus session is started) so we can improve the app. It does not collect your tasks or anything you type. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising networks, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Subscriptions
Vibr Pro is an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and governed by Apple’s terms. We never see or store your payment details.
Notifications
Vibr can send local notifications (end of a focus phase, start and end of day, and a reminder before your free trial ends). These are scheduled on your device; we do not run a notification server.
Your rights
To remove your synced data, open Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Vibr (on Mac, System Settings) and delete it. You can turn analytics off in your device settings, and cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account.
Children’s privacy
Vibr is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
