Vibr Pomodoro – Focus Timer Questions, bugs, or feature requests → apps.flipontech@gmail.com

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Pomodoro Technique?

Pomodoro is a time management method: work for 25 minutes (one “Pomodoro”), then take a 5-minute break. After 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 min). Vibr automates this cycle and lives in your menu bar so it’s always one click away.

How do I start a session?

Click the Vibr icon in your menu bar, pick the tasks you want to focus on, then press Start Vibr. The timer counts down and notifies you when it’s time to break and when to resume.

How do I change the focus or break duration?

Open Settings → General → Pomodoro from the gear icon. You can customize focus duration (5–90 min), short break, long break, and how many pomos before a long break.

Does Vibr sync between my Macs?

Yes — your tasks, projects, and pomo history sync automatically via iCloud across any Mac signed into the same Apple ID. No login, no separate account.

How do I change the app language?

Settings → General → Language lets you pick from 10 languages (English, Português, Español, Deutsch, Français, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, Русский). Vibr reopens to apply the change.

Notifications aren’t appearing

Go to System Settings → Notifications → Vibr and make sure notifications are allowed. Vibr uses native macOS notifications, so the OS-level permission must be on.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email apps.flipontech@gmail.com with a brief description, your macOS version, and the Vibr version (visible in Settings → iCloud). We read every message and typically respond within 48 hours.
